Tinted Moisturizer Skin Shade

Unlike foundations, tinted moisturizer does not need to exactly match your skin shade. However, it comes in different shades so that finding one to match your skin tone is easy. The trick is to find a shade that is closest to your skin tone. If you are adding makeup on top of a tinted moisturizer, keep the look light and dewy. Avoid powder blush as it may stick which ends up concentrating color in one spot instead of diffusing it over the skin. Instead, apply cream blush with fingers to the cheeks. Keep eyeshadow on the light side so that it doesn't contrast with the overall low-key look. To finish, use a moisturizing lip gloss instead of lipstick.
